Started with an HR exploratory call to screen my profile. Then there was a round discussing projects I've handled. Next was a Job Description round focused on expectations and perks. After that, there was an Offer Round. We also discussed company culture and benefits. Then came a round for expectations settings, followed by a discussion about the Role KRA and KPI. Finally, there were rounds on HR Policy, Medical and Insurance Policy, Work from Home setup, and Asset allocation and expectations.

Applied via LinkedIn and had my first interview with an HRBP a few days later. This first interview was a bit weird, the recruiter didn’t turn camera and seemed like she was in a run. It took only 10 minutes and she said I would have my second interview with the team lead. The second interview with the area manager was a bit better (camera on this time) and she explained more in depth about the position and what they were looking for. However the lack of enthusiasm and welcoming felt a little weird and hurry. I didn’t get any feedback and it’s been almost a month ago. My advise to the company, do better and make candidates feel more excited about joining your company or at least fake it.

It was unprofessional. The talent director interviewed me. Key red flags were: 1. The Zoom link was sent last minute. 2. The interviewer only showed half his face from a bottom-up angle, sometimes just his forehead. 3. He didn't explain the role, just asked about my experience (seemed like he wasn't paying attention) and told me to do an online assessment he would send. I decided not to continue.
