I had a phone screening with HR, then a video meeting with the controller. The last round was in person with the controller, general manager, and HR, although she had to leave early because she was sick. I had a pretty bad experience overall. The HR person was sick and left without much notice, and the GM interviewed me while reading my resume for the first time. It felt really unorganized and unprofessional. It seemed like HR was ghosting me and didn't value my time.

The interview started with questions about my previous experience and focused on my resume. They were also interested in my most successful projects and how I achieved them. The goal was to assess my past successes and how I handled challenges, to see if I had the technical and soft skills for the role.
