So I had a couple phone interviews first, one was just a basic intro with the recruiter, and then another with the supervisor for underwriting. After that, I had an in-person with another underwriter manager and the credit manager, which was pretty chill. They didn't make an offer though, which was a bummer because I got referred by someone higher up and I guess I was just too qualified.

Sent my resume and cover letter, then was asked to send examples of my programming and data analysis work. After that, I had a phone interview with my future boss. Then I was brought down to San Diego for a round of in-person interviews and two computer tests. I had two group interviews and about six individual interviews, including with the CEO. I was called with an offer three business days later, and then emailed the details.

The interview process was really nice and personable. I first chatted with the company recruiter who was easy to talk to, gave me good info, and was straightforward. Then I met with the Sales manager for the floor, who was direct, no beating around the bush, and gave me a clear idea of what they expected. Lastly, I met with the CEO, David, who was sensible, honest, and really understood his business, customers, and employees. I was really surprised by how good it was.
