Art Director
So I applied and then spoke with the recruiter. They seemed to really like my portfolio, saying it showed strong execution. They actually suggested I also think about the Designer Intern role too. But I really only wanted to be considered for the Art Director Intern position. In the end, I didn't get it. Looking back, I thought it was cool they were so open and wish I'd been more open myself. It's a good reminder that sometimes roles you didn't initially aim for can turn out to be awesome.

Assistant Project Manager
I started interviewing with them back in DECEMBER 2023, went through four separate rounds of interviews and then got rejected. That's totally fine, but then they reached back out to interview for the same position and put me through three more rounds. Now they've completely ghosted me since the last interview and SEVEN interviews in total. Completely wasted four months of my time and effort just to ghost me in the end. Completely unprofessional and rude. The team does not respect you or your time, and does not even have the decency to respond to any emails.
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
Account Executive
My friend got my resume to the PR office in New York, and I talked to a recruiter who guided me. She was super nice and helped me set up interviews, giving me a list of people to meet and info on the companies the team works with so I could prep. When I got there, people were friendly, but the first person I met, we realized the recruiter gave me bad info about the team, so I'd studied the wrong stuff. I met with 4 people in 3 meetings, then I chatted on the phone with the head of the team. They were all cool and easy to talk to. The interview took about 2 hours. After that, they sent me an assignment, which I spent hours planning and writing a press release for. The next week, after I sent it in, they told me they weren't hiring for the job anymore. I asked for feedback since I put a lot of hours into the project, and they said they'd give me some, but I never heard back. They were nice, but I felt totally disposable to MullenLowe.

Strategist
So I interviewed for the Creative Manager role, and honestly, the whole thing felt a bit weird and concerning. The first chat with the hiring manager was good, all about my skills and what I've done. But then they asked me to share my past work before we even did a proper assessment. It made me wonder how they'd use my stuff. After I sent over my work, I heard absolutely nothing back, no "thanks" or anything. Super unprofessional. It really soured my view of the company because it just lacked transparency and seemed unprofessional. If you're thinking of interviewing here, just be careful about sharing your work upfront.
