You have to get dressed up and tidy your place for a one-way interview that the website can then share with any company. Mine was early Friday morning and I only had 24 hours to finish it. It feels like a waste of time and you give up digital privacy just to end up with no response. One-way interviews are kind of rude and a total waste of an applicant's time.
