Did an online coding test with a mix of multiple-choice questions testing pure knowledge and typical Leetcode-style problems. It was timed. Got an email from a recruiter a few days after. Had to stop the process there.

Coding Technical Technical

The interview process had three rounds. The first was a coding round, pretty easy with a few MCQs and two coding problems. The second was a virtual interview covering the basics of robotics and path planning algorithms. The third was a 48-hour challenge, which was tough because of dependencies in a legacy container, but I managed it in about 36-40 hours. After that, HR told me I wasn't moving forward, and they took 18 days to get back to me after the challenge.

It started with a recruiter phone call to chat about my experience and the interview process. Then there was a hiring manager technical interview focused on code style. After that, a take-home assignment was given, which was a challenge. I decided to stop the process here because a take-home assignment taking more than 3 hours is a big red flag for me.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Live coding a Leetcode medium question related to code style.
  • Set up a poorly documented legacy codebase in Docker and deal with dependency issues.
  • Develop a Python web server for REST requests using a previously built library.
