Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty long and drawn-out process. First, I had two phone chats with HR. Then, they gave me a design project to work on, and I had about a week to create a collection of 12 to 15 pieces. After that, I went in for an in-person interview where I presented my project and got to meet the rest of the team.

I had two interviews for this role, a phone call and then an in-person one. Both went really well. The in-person interview felt particularly successful, and I felt like I really got what the job was about and that it would be a good fit for me.
