I had a phone interview for this position where the interviewer asked a few standard questions, but none were actually related to the duties and qualifications of the position. The interviewer, Thuy, was the rudest interviewer I've ever had. She sounded bored and yawned at the beginning. She asked me what job titles I'd eventually want in 3-5 years and actively tried to discourage me from the position, saying that even though I would have "no trouble" working in the position based on my experience and qualifications, that I "wouldn't be happy." She also stated that the employees that typically held that position moved laterally in the company, rather than being promoted. I strongly believe that it is the interviewer's job to present the facts about the work environment, but in the end it would be up to the interviewee to determine whether the job would be a good fit based on their own priorities, including personal priorities not related to the position (which would not come up in an interview). She spent the majority of our interview discouraging me from the position. Since this, in her words, would be an "isolated" job with very little interaction with co-workers, it was not a problem with fitting in with the work environment. The worst part was when she asked for three words I'd use to describe myself, she literally laughed at my answer. Completely unprofessional.

I applied online and received a call for an interview the following week. The interview itself was scheduled for the week after that. I was first met by the HR specialist and then introduced to my potential supervisor. The interview was conducted by my supervisor and a VP, where we discussed my skills in relation to the job, especially my experience with Microsoft Project. The interview, including my questions, lasted about 40 minutes. Afterwards, I was given a tour and met another scheduler. I felt the interview went very well, but being the first candidate might have been why I didn't get the job. Overall, I recommend MTS because they made a good impression and are active in the community.

The interview process was pretty standard. Started with an HR screening, then I talked to the Product Manager and the Team Lead. They asked me job-based questions that matched the posting. We talked a lot about teamwork and working with others, including engineers. They also asked about what I'm looking for in a job.
