I had one interview with a group of 4 people. It wasn't technical, more focused on culture fit. There were also some assessments to do, but they were easy.

Behavioral Case Presentation

Started with a video call screening, where I did a self-intro and answered some general HR questions. Then, I had a role-specific interview with my direct report, which involved case-based questions. After that, there was a third interview with other managers, focusing on broader management topics. A tougher version of that third interview followed to narrow down candidates. The final interview was with the CEO, concentrating on my managerial competence and strategy.
