First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MTM Technologies.
Systems Consultant
Communicated with an external recruiter, who claimed to be an mtm employee, about the role. The hiring process felt rushed, possibly due to desperation, and involved three interviews before an offer was made. It was hard to understand the company culture since systems engineers weren't allowed in the office except for yearly meetings.

Solution Architect
The entire process, from application to offer, had three interviews. One with recruiter, one with technical subject matter expert and finally an in-person interview with three other employees including hiring manager. I had enjoyed speaking with all of the interviewers and appreciated informal yet professional interview, quick communication and short lead time letting me know next step. I had applied as I prefer to work with multiple products. MTM technologies has deep partner relationship with many industry leaders, and as such met my search criterion. I was never an employee of MTM technologies, and was cautioned by the overall negative emotion in company review here in glassdoor, however I had a better "gut-feeling" regarding the work culture by the time interviews were over. It's just I had received multiple offers within couple of days, and had to decline MTM's offer over another offer that fit my long term goal better. Please research your employer thoroughly, after all it takes a lot of time and energy for both employee and employer to make a hiring decision. I do hope this review will help you see past the negative reviews, as I truly believe MTM may be a much better place to work than what the reviews suggest. Again, I did not work for MTM, so please do not let my perception skew yours. Best wishes.

Senior Account Executive
The interview process went pretty smoothly. I thought the new manager explained things clearly, and I did the same. I might have overlooked some disorganization initially, but I figured it was because the hiring manager was relatively new. I also felt my style would do well in a bit of a chaotic environment.

Appointment Coordinator
The interview process included a test that lasted about an hour. I thought most of the questions were easy, and even the harder ones I felt I answered correctly. I was really confident I'd get the job after finishing the test. However, a few days later, I got a call saying I failed. When I asked why and which questions I got wrong, they wouldn't say anything more about my test results. They just said I failed, wouldn't get another chance, and thanked me for applying. It was a big disappointment, but I guess they did me a favor because I wouldn't want to work for a company that lacks empathy or reasoning.
