I had a phone interview with an MTI recruiter first. After that, I came in for two 45-minute interviews with engineering managers. The process was pretty approachable overall. It took them over a month to call me back to offer me the job, but besides that, it was a great interview process. One of the interviewers seemed a bit intimidating, but the first interviewer had warned me about it, so I didn't take it personally. It turned out that's just how they naturally are.
