First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MTI America.
Coordinator
It was easy and relaxed, not stressful at all, and very friendly. I interviewed with 3 individuals who asked basic STAR Questions. My advice is to just be yourself and relax.
- How would you deal with an unhappy client?
Intake Specialist
The interview process was super easy and comfortable! It was so smooth and straightforward. We started with a phone interview, followed by a 2-on-1 interview. I got the offer just 30 minutes after my interview finished. The whole hiring process was a breeze, I definitely recommend applying at MTI.
- What makes you want to join MTI?
Diagnostic Coordinator
The hiring process moved quickly after I applied. From the initial contact through the online interview, everyone was professional. I had the chance to discuss my past experiences and how I approach problem-solving.
- Could you describe a situation where you delivered outstanding customer service?
Medical Coordinator
It was great, I arrived 30 minutes early. The receptionist was friendly and said she would let Barbara know I was there. Barbara then came out, smiled, and introduced herself, which made me feel good. The people were nice and welcoming. As interviewers came in, they would speak, and one person even wished me luck. I was impressed by the relaxed atmosphere; it felt like family.
- Can you be flexible?
- Could you describe the day-to-day duties of your last management role?
