The interview process had two parts. First, I spoke with technical managers and HR. They asked me about telecom engineering, things like technologies, waves, and coverage, and the HR asked some general behavioral questions. Then, I had a second meeting with the heads of departments. This part was shorter and more about getting me excited to join the team.
