First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MTA.
Data Engineer
So there was a take home assignment first where I had to use my data analytics skills. Then there was an interview with HR and a data scientist. We talked about me and my past work. They also asked me questions about the assignment. And why I wanted to join.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What interests you about our company?
- Why are you interested in this role/company?
Intern
We talked about my past team experience, and experience with design software. We also talked about expected job objectives. They asked behavioral questions like personality strengths and weaknesses. Nothing surprising about the interview process.
- Could you share your strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell me about your past team experience.
- What experience do you have with design software?
Analyst
They ghosted me after the final round of interviews. I tried to follow up twice, but they never responded. It would have been nice if they could have at least gotten back with a simple message saying we are not moving forward or something to give closure for the time and energy spent.
- Can you share an instance where you used data to influence a decision?
Logistics Manager
