I was first emailed to set up an interview at the LAC. I had an interview with one person, and then a second person joined. They asked me questions about why I wanted to be a tutor and how I would explain certain concepts. The questions focused on how I would answer a student's question rather than just the content itself. While knowing the material is important, being able to explain it clearly is also key.
