It was very basic questions, like reversing a string, sorting, searching, and arrays. No specific language was required. I did it in Python. They were mainly focused on problem-solving and programming skills. The interviewer was helpful and provided assistance if I got stuck.

The interviewers come off as unfriendly and act like they're doing something great while making you feel unfit for the role. They also don’t give any updates after the interview, whether it’s a yes or no.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They mainly prefer people from their own background but still call others for interviews, even if they don’t really consider them.

The interview process took quite a while, over a month or two. It started with a Skype call, then an online test that really checked my devops skills. After that, I had another Skype interview. The online test was challenging and took more than a day of serious work, but it was definitely doable. What happened next was really unprofessional. They emailed me and other candidates saying they were finalizing things, but then it dragged on for another month. It seemed like they had no idea what to do with us and kept making us wait for weeks. They treated us poorly, expecting us to constantly reach out, and then we'd just wait again for weeks. Honestly, I'd advise others not to waste their time with this company. Their management and HR clearly don't know how to handle candidates.

Don't join this company. They waste your time by offering flat packages. The interviews happen in some old building. They ask you to put papers down immediately without any offer letter, which looks shady at least. People who don't have knowledge in software ask you questions. This is basically a company which gives work support to their US employees. They will ask you to do their work.
