I started by filling out all the needed paperwork and sending in my certs for them to check. The whole process felt really professional. I went through two rounds of interviews, and the HR person was nice. I got the offer just a week after the second interview.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

So the interview process had two main parts. First, HR called to check my application details and then I had to do an English test covering grammar and sentence structure. After that, two people from the marine claims department interviewed me. They were really looking for genuine answers, not just formal ones, and they seemed friendly and honest. They shared a lot about their own experiences and job duties. They even suggested other companies and career paths for me. What was cool was that it felt like a two-way conversation. They felt I could do the job, but they wanted to know if I was really enthusiastic about it, especially since it wasn't my top choice. So they told me to really think about it and call them back if I was interested, and that’s how they’d proceed. In the end, I got the job I wanted, and I let them know via email. It was a great experience, and I learned a lot.

I applied for the entry-level actuarial analyst job in January 2026. The Chief Actuary reached out to me for an interview first, without any HR involvement. He then moved me to the next step to interview with the Senior Pricing Actuary the week after. It's been over 7 weeks since then and I haven't heard back. I emailed both of them about my interest and to ask for an update, but still no reply after 5 and 3 weeks. I know they're expanding and hiring a lot, but this is not okay. I saw they reposted the job on LinkedIn 4 weeks ago, so I wanted to share my experience.

I applied a few months ago and then got a call from HR for an online interview. The interviewer was nice and explained everything about the job I would be taking over. However, they didn't seem very interested in asking about me, just basic questions. Also, HR didn't provide much information about the position, like benefits or salary, and communication wasn't great.
