Initially, I had an interview with a manager about pavers, but I was more interested in the tile position. She suggested continuing the interview, but once I clarified my interest in tile, the meeting ended. A second first interview was scheduled for the correct tile role. This one felt a bit like a formality and didn't seem entirely genuine. The interviewers emphasized that to be a top earner, long hours beyond the regular schedule would be necessary.
