I had a chat with HR first, and then with the CTO. The CTO round was to see if I was a good fit. There wasn't a technical interview, just a real conversation, not like an interrogation. Everyone was super nice and understanding.

The interview process consisted of three rounds. Initially, there was a technical phone screen. This was followed by a face-to-face technical interview with an Indian panel. The final stage was a technical interview conducted via Skype with a US panel. No separate HR round was conducted. The Skype interview was facilitated from their office in Kolkata.
