The interview was one round, focusing on aptitude, logical thinking, computer science fundamentals, and a discussion about your projects. If they're interested, they'll really focus on your projects, but otherwise, the other questions were of medium difficulty.

First there's an individual interview where you have to speak English, then a short virtual group one. If you pass, you play a game that's like a personality test. The second to last interview is an in-person group activity that takes much longer than the first one, and finally, an interview with the area managers.

It started with an email, then a call to schedule the interview with the coordinator and the area manager. It felt like an interview where you could tell right away they weren't really interested, like they already had someone in mind before it even started. I tried my best for the 30 minutes, even though it felt like an interrogation. At the end, they said they'd let me know about the process progress - 20 days went by and they left me in the dark. I sent an email a week ago and didn't even get a response. I don't get why it's so hard to be at least a little transparent with candidates, it's almost cruel how selection processes are run in 2023. Anyway, this situation says a lot more about the company than about me, and maybe it all worked out for the best.
