I did two interviews, one with HR and then the hiring manager. The HR chat was pretty standard, but the hiring manager interview was kinda weird. It was all about my current company's processes and how much stuff they do, not really about me. I asked about what the job’s goals are, short and long term, and the hiring manager didn't seem to have an answer ready. They also didn't tell me what happens next after the interviews. It felt kind of messy and not very professional overall.

The phone call was really rude from start to finish. I don't think this company is a top one in Miami, and the work culture doesn't seem like a good fit. They asked for commitment but wouldn't say how much the full-time job pays. I felt judged for every answer, especially if I wasn't 100% expert in a specific tool. They made vague promises and mentioned a lot of uncompensated travel. They kept emphasizing how 'competitive' the $20/hr internship was and how much more qualified the other applicants were, even mentioning one had a master's. One of the three interviews felt pointless, just checking if I was still interested to hold me over while they found better candidates. Honestly, save your time!

The HR person was rude and would interrupt me while I was speaking, so it was important to be well-prepared.
