First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MSB Consulting.
Program Specialist
The interview process was way too long and drawn out. I went through 5 different interviews where they asked the same questions. Then, at the last meal interview, I was offered the job if I could say yes to everything. There were many red flags about the company, and I declined the offer, which I am very thankful that I did.
- Can you speak to our company's guiding principles?
Program Specialist
There were two Skype interviews and then an in-person interview with the CEO. They seemed more interested in personality than job skills, focusing on how you'd fit in relationship-wise. Even though the job isn't in Austin, you'll need to go there for the interview. They really care about guiding principles and if you can adapt to the company culture.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Program Specialist
The interview process was quite lengthy and lacked good communication between managers. It involved a dinner, a phone interview, and then another interview. While some parts were valuable, the whole experience felt overly tedious.
- What's a reason we should not hire you.
Program Coordinator
So there were 2 interviews. First was a quick 15-minute chat with one of the Executives to see if you'd be a good culture fit. Then, the second interview was with the Manager of the department and the team lead. It was pretty relaxed.
- Do you have any experience with Medicaid billing?
