I talked with the head of the water sector for the whole company and the head of the water sector for the Champaign office. They were really nice, and it felt like a casual chat. You don't need to prepare too much for this interview. I didn't get an offer, though.

Got a call a couple weeks after meeting the company's people at my school's career fair and applying online. We scheduled a phone interview for a few weeks out. It was pretty chill, no weird or super hard questions, mainly just talking about my resume. I talked with both HR and the head of the team I might join. They invited me to check out the office later on.
