Individual presentation in 1:30. Dynamics with a challenge, the challenge consisted of developing in a group with other competitors an innovative proposal for a project with a budget of R$250,000.00 using the 5w2h method, with the right to one question from the group to the manager and then presenting to the managers. Competitors who passed the challenge stage moved on to a final interview.

First, there was an HR dynamics session where I had to introduce myself in 3 minutes and pick an object that identifies me and explain why. The second stage was a dynamics session with the manager, where I needed to give a presentation telling my story with 3 slides in 3 minutes. We also had a Google case about technology and innovation, and after everyone presented alphabetically, there was a group dynamics session. Everyone was responsible for creating an innovation process and using a tool to organize and present these ideas in up to 15 minutes. The final stage with the manager was the same day in the afternoon, where he asked a lot of questions about why I chose this area, what I do on weekends, my hobbies, if I have Power BI skills, what I expected from the position, and why I am a differential. (I was very nervous during this part with the manager, it was almost 30 minutes long.)
