Got a call from the lead of the supply chain team to schedule a phone screen. The phone interview was about 30 mins, pretty professional and I learned a lot. They asked me to come in for a face to face interview a few days later. When I got to the office, HR interviewed me first. This part was kind of unprofessional, she was taking personal calls and didn't even introduce herself before starting the interview. After HR, I met with the whole supply chain team, 3 people in total, for a panel interview. They were really open and honest about what the job entails and it felt like a friendly environment. In the end, the work schedule just didn't work with my personal life, so it was a no-go for both of us and I didn't get an offer. Got a generic rejection email from HR a few days later.

The interview process started with a scheduled interview. It was easy, mostly asking about work experiences and family background. There was also a background check involved. My advice for answering experience questions is to be confident, stay humble, don't talk too much, and only answer when the interviewer asks.
