First, there's a recruiter or hiring manager call where they'll ask about your background and certifications. Then you might get a technical assessment with a practical test or technical questions covering things like troubleshooting common IT issues, understanding operating systems (Windows/Linux), or using ticketing systems. After that, a behavioral interview focuses on your problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service, asking about scenarios like dealing with frustrated users or prioritizing tasks under pressure. The final interview is with team members or supervisors to see how you'd fit the company culture and if you're open to learning new skills, such as PowerShell or networking. Finally, if all goes well, you'll get an offer and start onboarding.

The interview was a group panel, and the management team was well-organized. They asked relevant questions for the role and provided answers when I asked for information.

The HR rep was really nice and made me feel comfortable, the interview was short and they were quick with the next steps. If you can pass the background and drug test and are willing to work, the job is yours. They are willing to train if you don't have experience, and it seems like a good long-term job.

Behavioral Technical

So first I had a phone interview with this place, MRS BPO, a collection agency. The phone interviewer wasn't totally upfront about what the job would actually be. Then I had an in-person interview a few days later. They had me do a little test there too, covering reading, math, and typing. Finally, HR just said if we don't hear back by 5pm that day, we didn't get the job.
