So, I got to interview with MRF Tyres through campus placements. First, there was an aptitude test which was a filter, including questions on tech, quant, and logic. After that, we had a group discussion (GD) along with a situation analysis task where we had to write a paragraph. The GD wasn't too tough, you just needed to be confident and engage in the conversation. The case study was about managing time and resources to accomplish tasks. They then shortlisted some people for the main interview. Here, you could mention your preferred departments like design, production, maintenance, purchase, logistics, etc. The initial round was mainly technical, and for us mechanical folks, they asked a lot about our internships and factory visits, specifically concerning various support equipment such as pumps and compressors. The second round was a mix of technical and HR questions. The overall interview process is quite good. It's likely held at one of their plants or their Head Office in Chennai.

The interview process included a screening exam that focused on basic mechanical engineering concepts like mechanics and thermal engineering. After that, there was a case study related to aptitude. Finally, a conclusive interview that was entirely about discussing my resume.

Applied through employee referral. We were asked to assemble at the corporate office in Chennai. We had to fill out forms with personal info and qualifications. First round was technical, which was easy if you're good with basics. Questions were about thermodynamics, nuclear fuel, boilers, and material properties. Second round was IQ and aptitude, which is normal. Third round was a group discussion. Finally, we were interviewed by two senior professionals, and they asked about working in shifts and our areas of interest.
