The interview started with a technical aptitude round, which was a 30-question test to be completed in 30 minutes. Clearing the cut-off was necessary to move forward. Next, there was a general aptitude round with 25 questions in 30 minutes, and no eliminations happened here. Following that, a personality profiling round had about 30 questions, also without eliminations. Then came a day plan exercise to test planning ability, where a list of prioritized tasks had to be allocated effectively. This round also had no eliminations. The fifth round was a group discussion, but the topic was a numerical problem, leading to different answers and discussions. It seemed like no eliminations occurred here either, as everyone who participated in the GD was still present later. All these initial rounds were done in a single day, with results announced after two weeks. The sixth round was a technical interview at their corporate office. Two interviewers were present; one asked questions while the other observed. The questions focused on fundamentals, and this is where many candidates were eliminated. This round was short, about 10-15 minutes. Those who passed were invited back for a final interview a week later. The seventh and final round was a mix of technical and general questions, also with two interviewers and lasting about 15 minutes. Successful candidates were notified two days after this round.
