The interview process was relatively straightforward, though the scale of it was a bit daunting with approximately 500 candidates being interviewed at the same location. This led to interviews concluding quite late. The questions themselves weren't excessively difficult, but unfortunately, I didn't advance to the subsequent stages.

I was really intimidated because it was my first corporate interview, but it went really smoothly and I felt very welcomed. I reached out with my resume after a family member recommended I do so, and they got back to me in a few weeks about an interview. This was about 7 months before the internship would have started. They said they were interested and would be in touch after they figured out an internship plan. I had another interview closer to the start date with the people who would be my managers. Not long after, I got an offer and the background check was done in a week. I started about 2 months after getting hired, because of school.

Got an interview through an employee referral. Had a phone interview a few days after sending my resume. Then, an in-person interview a few days later with HR, and immediately after, an interview with the manager/director. Liked having both interviews the same day (saves gas and time). Got an offer shortly after. The most time-consuming part was waiting for the background check to come back, but it was worth the wait.

It took a while to hear back after I applied. First, I had a phone chat with a recruiter from the company. The questions were pretty standard, like 'Tell me about yourself,' 'what are your strengths,' 'what is a weakness,' and 'what attracted you to this job?' They said they'd be in touch. After several weeks, maybe four or five, I got an email saying I didn't get the job.
