I had an interview scheduled and went in for it. They did a basic interview. They made it seem like it's pretty good money, so I don't know. I haven't started yet and I'm confused. I don't know if I get $15 an hour plus commission or just commission. I have no idea. That's why I'm on here trying to read information on Glassdoor.

It was a very unstructured interview. They went over all aspects of the job. We talked about family, hobbies. They discussed the hours, on-call hours, and job duties and asked a lot of questions. It was very relaxed and informal. Very casual and friendly.

I applied for the job online late one night. The very next morning, around 8am, I got a call for a phone interview with the district marketing manager, who was very nice. She then invited me for a face-to-face interview with the HR manager on-site the following day. The HR manager was also very pleasant and easy to chat with. Both interviews were pretty straightforward. After the interviews, I had to complete a background check and a drug test.

The interview was great. Easy conversation, clear expectations. The hiring manager explained exactly what the job entails and the pay was good. They offer on the job training. They gave me good communication on when to expect a call back for the job.
