It was a smooth and easygoing experience, completely stress-free. It lasted about 20 minutes, just a friendly conversation with the hiring manager. It wasn't a high-pressure meeting.
- What is your experience level in food service?
Pizza Maker
the interview process was super easy. The interviewer was really friendly and welcoming right when I got there. They seemed like they really wanted to know about the skills I had that would be good for the company.
- Can you tell me about your grades at school?
- What kind of position were you looking to get?
- How long do you see yourself staying with the company?
Hospitality
The interview was just a one-time, very laid-back, and informal chat. I didn't need to dress up and got hired on the spot after filling out a paper application. They gave me a hat, 3 t-shirts, and a name tag. I had to wear black dress pants and tennis shoes. The managers were pretty nice.
- What makes you want to work here?
General Manager
The interview was pretty basic, mostly focusing on sales strategy. They asked what I'd change, what I could bring to the table, and how I'd boost sales. It was a comfortable, semi-formal setting to give a feel for the culture of working at a kid's facility. The owners conducted the interview over two days. Given my 7 years in the FEC industry, the process felt very natural.
- How would you be able to bring in more sales?
