I had a 1:1 interview at my college, and then they invited me to Alexandria, VA for a full interview. There were 2 other interviewees there. They treated us very well. The interview day had two 1:1 interviews, each with a technical question, and then one group panel interview with typical questions. One of the technical interviewers made up a question on the spot and had trouble explaining it to me.

Technical Behavioral

I had an interview with two staff engineers on my college campus. It was a technical interview where they asked two engineering problems. They also asked about my past work history and other typical questions, but most of the time was spent on technical engineering issues. They were nice and clear. They didn't offer me the job, but they did send a letter of intent and answered my questions quickly.

I had an initial interview on campus that was about an hour long and included one technical question and some behavioral ones. Then, a few weeks after that, I had a full day of on-site interviews with people from all levels of the company. This second round had two more technical questions and more behavioral questions.
