First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MPOWERHealth.
Surgical Neural Physiological Technologist
Had a Zoom interview with two managers for the Surgical Neural Physiological Technologist role. They asked good questions relevant to the job, and they really knew their stuff. The interview was professional, set up quickly, and covered the job description well.
- What are the required modalities for certain procedures?
End User Support
We had an initial chat with the IT Director and the lead over Teams. Then, I interviewed with the whole EUC team, also on Teams. The last interview was face-to-face with the IT VP, the Director, and a senior tech.
- Can you tell me about the systems you've provided support for?
- What are your career aspirations moving forward?
- Describe your approach to time management and prioritization.
Surgical Neurophysiologist
It started with a really quick HR interview on Zoom, followed by another panel interview on Zoom with about 4 people from different management/leadership positions. This was for the entry level training program for CNIMs. It was super straightforward; they mainly wanted to check if you had a science background and if you could handle the job's conditions.
- Do you have any background in neuroanatomy?
IONM Technologist Fellow
It's a 3-part process: First, you'll have a Recruit interview, then a Territory Manager interview, and finally a Panel Interview. Make sure you know about intraoperative neuromonitoring or have knowledge of brain anatomy, neurology, etc. Also, be sure to know their mission and become familiar with the company values and what they do.
- Why should you be chosen for this job instead of your peers?
