Project Manager
So after the first round I finished, they immediately started the background check. It was really weird because they asked for my income tax portal password, which I refused to give and asked for a way around it to upload documents. They just ignored that part and said other people were giving their passwords. The second round did happen but the interviewer didn't even turn on their video. And even after a month, I'm still getting three background verification emails every day and I can't unsubscribe. I contacted HR but it's still happening.
- Can you describe your past experience with migrating projects?
Project Manager
For the Mphasis engagement with JPMC in Singapore, they wanted to hire people directly onto their payroll. I was interviewed by the client first, and after they approved me, Mphasis extended an offer. The interview panel included an Executive Director and a Vice President, and it was a really insightful discussion. The role had responsibilities similar to my past positions, with some added duties. There was one round of technical and business interviews, followed by an HR round with Mphasis. We discussed salary, and then I accepted the offer.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- How do you approach resolving technical challenges?
- Could you answer some business-related questions?
Project Manager
I had a phone call and then a HR round.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you faced.
