Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mphasis.
Infrastructure Engineer
The interview process involved two technical rounds and one operations round. The first technical round focused on general platforms, and the second on the specific domain you applied for. Following that was a management round where your stability would be assessed and it was noted as a good place to improve your skills.
- What were your objectives in this company?
Senior Infrastructure Engineer
This was a telephonic interview experience with three rounds. First, there was a technical round, followed by an operations round, and finally an HR round. After the HR round, they extended an offer letter. This was quite a unique experience for me as I hadn't been selected through a telephonic round before. I think mphasis now emphasizes face-to-face interviews, which is a good approach.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you tell me where you are currently working from?
- Could you tell me more about your current role?
Infrastructure Engineer
The interview process involves an Amcat aptitude test with Verbal, Reasoning, and Quants sections. Following that, there's a telephonic voice round and then a combined Technical and HR round. After these stages, a 3rd party will conduct a 3-month technical training covering Windows server, basic routing/switching, and Cloud technologies.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you describe the final year project you completed?
