The hiring process was quite professional and they followed up well. The interviewers knew the Aviation industry well and asked questions related to my experience. They made me feel comfortable during each interview, and the interviews were always scheduled according to my availability. The HR team was also flexible in accommodating my interview schedule.

So, I had 2 rounds of interviews and cleared both. They then moved to a client round and asked to schedule it. I wasn't available that day and asked to reschedule. The following week, three HR people called me about salary expectations. They tried to negotiate down, saying I'd mentioned a lower figure earlier, and said my offer would be out by Friday. Then, nothing. I followed up, but they ghosted me. After 2.5 months, they emailed saying they weren't proceeding. It's funny, why interview if you don't have the budget? Can't believe this is how some organizations operate. Very disappointed.
- Tell me about your technical and business expertise.

The interview process involved several rounds focusing on domain knowledge. Specifically, there were two HR interviews, a domain-specific interview, a delivery manager interview, and a client-facing interview. These interviews were spread across multiple days, with the client interview serving as a key decision point. Following a positive client interview outcome, there was an HR round dedicated to salary negotiation.
- Can you discuss your understanding of the banking domain?
- What are your thoughts on the role of a business analyst?
