The hiring process had three main parts: an initial phone chat, then an in-person meeting, and finally a follow-up call with a senior person. I was hesitant about submitting a video with my application, but I'm really glad I went ahead and did it. It's a super innovative company, and their use of technology in hiring totally shows it.

I had a really great time interviewing here, it was a smooth process from beginning to end. I had three interviews in total. First, there was a phone screening, then I spoke with the Director of Social Services, and then with an NP. It's quite a process but it's totally worth it!
