So, for this entry level Marketing Coordinator role that paid $48k (they said non-negotiable), there were FOUR interviews. First, a recruiter call, then my manager and HR, then someone from a different team, and finally, partners of the firm. They also had this assessment where they wanted to see if I knew the basics of advertising/paid media. The assessment itself required a meeting with HR so they could explain it. So in total, I had FIVE meetings with them. I didn't get an offer because I accepted another job before this whole thing was done, but it would have hopefully been an offer if I'd stuck it out after the HOURS of interviewing.

I applied through Indeed/LinkedIn. An HR person reached out and asked about my salary expectations. Then they asked me to pick a time slot from Calendly, and they scheduled a technical discussion. They inquired about my past projects and experiences because they were specifically looking for a Drupal developer, and my background is in PHP. Overall, the interview went well. They didn't ask many programming-related questions.
