My interview with Moxo was a good experience, I learned a lot. The process was organized, and the panel was helpful. The discussions were great for showing my skills and learning about their cool solutions.
- Can you introduce yourself and describe your 5-year career goals?
- What are your aspirations for the next five years?
Marketing Analyst
The selection process for this on-campus hiring program included a group discussion, followed by three rounds of interviews. These consisted of two technical rounds, one managerial round, and an HR round, and that was the entirety of the selection process.
- Can you describe your approach to pitching something?
Customer Service Associate
The interview process had three stages: a group discussion first, then a one-on-one interview, and finally an HR interview. Overall, it was a nice experience. They were very polite and there was a preplacement talk before the interviews.
- How would you go about selling a product and convincing someone to buy it?
- Are you familiar with any CRM tools?
Marketing
The interview process dragged on for three months. I went through three interviews and was asked to complete a written Q&A within a week. After that, they went silent for a month before letting me know they weren't hiring for the role anymore and were instead shifting funds to a more senior position. The whole thing felt a bit off, especially since by the third interview, they wouldn't even discuss a salary range, which they are legally required to post anyway. I'm not sure if this is how Moxo interviews usually go, but it felt like they were playing games.
- How would you approach allocating resources for a campaign?
