The selection process for this on-campus hiring program included a group discussion, followed by three rounds of interviews. These consisted of two technical rounds, one managerial round, and an HR round, and that was the entirety of the selection process.

The interview process had three stages: a group discussion first, then a one-on-one interview, and finally an HR interview. Overall, it was a nice experience. They were very polite and there was a preplacement talk before the interviews.

Behavioral Other

The interview process dragged on for three months. I went through three interviews and was asked to complete a written Q&A within a week. After that, they went silent for a month before letting me know they weren't hiring for the role anymore and were instead shifting funds to a more senior position. The whole thing felt a bit off, especially since by the third interview, they wouldn't even discuss a salary range, which they are legally required to post anyway. I'm not sure if this is how Moxo interviews usually go, but it felt like they were playing games.
