I had one phone interview, and then they sent me onsite. This onsite was actually the worst I've ever experienced. After the phone interview, they set up a three-to-five round onsite interview. They just asked some resume questions and then left. A few minutes later, HR came and told me I could leave, that the interview was over! I have no idea what happened or why they'd reject me after only asking about my resume. If I wasn't a good fit, why offer me a phone interview and even an onsite? I felt disrespected by this company and even discriminated against because I'm a woman.

Case Behavioral Presentation

It started with the recruiter, then I talked to the hiring manager the same day. After that, there was an in-person round with a case study, some tough questions, and a fit check. The process dragged on, with one interview session going super late. Then I had a Skype call with a senior person and finally another phone call with a mid-level manager. I wasn't sure how much longer it would go or what was next, even when I asked. Everything just sort of stopped after about a month of talking and interviewing.

So I had a few rounds for the product analyst job. First it was two phone screens, like 30-45 mins each, one with HR and one with the product folks. Then the final round was basically four interviews all at once, back to back. These were with the product team members and also an HR person, and they were each an hour long.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The hiring process was incredibly inconsiderate, involving over 10 interview rounds. There was internal confusion regarding the positions, and candidates were asked to complete multi-day projects. Strangely, these projects required candidates to offer recommendations for their site and product, which felt unfair and odd.
