After an initial contact, I was asked to complete an online assessment that took about 30 minutes. A few hours later, I received an invitation for a recruiter call. This was followed by an in-person interview with the president. Two days after that, I got an email saying I didn't get the job. Overall, the experience was pretty good, just wish I had gotten an offer.

Applied on a Friday and by the following Wednesday, HR sent over links for two assessments. Once those were done, a recruiter reached out to set up a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and asked some general questions and a few that were more specific to the Account Manager role.

After my resume was reviewed, I got an email with a pre-interview assessment that I had 48 hours to complete. The first interview was a phone screen with the Recruiting Manager. Then, I had a Google Meet with the HR Team. After that, I had two in-person interviews: one with the President and another with the C-Team. Finally, I had an in-person meet with the CEO. The assessment was a red flag because of the time limit. The process had a lot of on-site interviews. I enjoyed talking to the HRBP, Generalist, and Recruiting Manager. The President's interview was different. He asked about my background and talked about the team's challenges. He didn't ask behavioral questions but wanted to know what questions I had. At the end of the hour, he asked me to come back the next week to meet the C-Team and we talked about logistics. Two days later, I got a rejection email from the Recruiting Manager saying the President misspoke and I wasn't moving forward.

It took me three tries to get the initial phone interview. The first two scheduled times, the interviewer never contacted me, even though we had times set up and confirmed online. I had to reach out to reschedule both times. The third time I scheduled, the phone interview finally happened, though it started about 10 minutes late. The person interviewing me seemed distracted and not really interested in what I had to say. The questions they asked were pretty vague and didn't really encourage much back and forth.
