Software Developer
First, they look at your resume. Then, there's a quick phone or video call to see if you're basically qualified. After that, you might get a technical test for the job skills. Then comes a technical interview to really test your knowledge and how you solve problems. They also do behavioral interviews to check if you fit the company culture and your soft skills, asking about your past experiences. The last interviews could be with a group or several people, asking about both tech stuff and behavioral things. If all goes well, you get a job offer, maybe some talking about the salary, and sometimes a background check.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- What is your general knowledge on the topic?

Software Engineer
My 5 interview rounds were scheduled, and I thought I performed well, with interviewers even offering positive feedback. After the fifth round, I inquired about the results, but was told I was on hold as they needed to assess more candidates. The HR representative I was communicating with failed to provide an update despite my 5-6 follow-ups. Eventually, they offered a lower package, stating they could only proceed if I accepted, otherwise, my profile would be rejected. This process felt like a waste of my time and disregarded my potential.
- Tell me about your experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- How have you implemented Caching?
- Can you describe your approach to Module Development?
Senior Software Engineer
Up to now, there have been four rounds of interviews. Two were purely technical, and two were a mix of managerial and technical, conducted by the Technical Architect. The interview process was pretty smooth. They really knew their stuff about Drupal, and if I didn't know an answer, they were helpful enough to explain it to me.
- Can you discuss Drupal configuration synchronization?
- Tell me about CI/CD pipelines.
- How does caching work in Drupal?
