The interview process is about 3 technical rounds and one round for your job profile and personal introduction. Then a face to face HR interview and you are done.
- Can you tell me about your job profile and introduce yourself?
- What are your technical experiences?

Before you join, they'll make it seem like the projects are really exciting and offer lots of chances to learn and grow. They'll say there's no bond. But on your first day, you'll have to sign a training agreement where you're obligated to pay back the training costs if you leave within 1.5-2 years. The training itself is terrible and not worth much at all. Once you're on a project, you'll find the work quality is poor and there's basically no opportunity to learn new things or technologies. The company's work culture leaves much to be desired, with many PMs acting like call-center or BPO managers.

The whole process took a full day, from morning until midnight. It felt a bit chaotic with a large number of candidates for the college placement drive. We had an initial aptitude test, then a group discussion, and an essay writing task. After those, there was a technical one-on-one interview, followed by an interactive HR interview. Since it was a college placement drive, they announced the results right away.
- Could you tell me about the projects you worked on during college?
