The people were warm, even though they were a bit late for my interview. The Director was really nice and helped me relax while I answered questions. Some charge nurses came in to meet me and ask more questions. I got to ask questions too. They showed me around the floor where I would be working.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was thorough and the expectations were clearly laid out. The interviewers asked me how I would react to certain situations. The second interview focused on the responsibilities of the position. There was some confusion between the interviewers about exactly what was expected of the position. So, I came out of the first interview thinking the responsibilities of the position were one thing, when, in fact, the hiring executive had a completely different idea about the responsibilities of the position.
