The interview process was good, easy, and pretty informal. It was just one in-person interview. They were nice and asked about my background and general interest in fitness. They also explained the front desk responsibilities.

I got a call from the branch's receptionist about an interview. I had just accepted an apartment in another city and couldn't work the front desk. I informed the manager, who was understanding and still wanted to interview me to build a connection for potential future opportunities. We set a date and had the interview, which was great. He was really nice and easy to talk to. I didn't get the job because of the move, but he said the door is always open.

It was a two part interview. It was fairly easy. Personal training can be a pretty high turnover job so there always looking for new trainers. The first interview was just basic knowledge of programming and exercises. The second part was a live demo. I pretty much just put the fitness director through a workout. Again the interview was fairly easy if you have knowledge of programming and current trends.

I had an interview with the general manager and assistant manager. We went into the back, they asked me some questions, and then asked if I had any questions for them. They then provided me with information on what to do next and when to expect to hear back.
