Operations Manager
It was a bad experience. When they were scheduling, they only gave me two options with one time each. One was two weeks out, so I really only had one day to make it work if I wanted to interview soon. I asked if we could do a virtual interview first and then maybe plan a second interview in person because I'm the only employee in my office and would have to use PTO for an in-person interview. I thought that was reasonable, as I want to know they're interested before making that effort. They said no. On the day of the interview, another employee reached out to schedule me; she didn't even know I'd already been scheduled. I used PTO and went to the interview, only for it to be a panel interview. I wasn't told this beforehand. The Operations Supervisor was intentionally intimidating. The group asked several similar questions but worded differently, as if they weren't paying attention to what others had already asked. If this is how you treat your employees – like throwing them to the wolves or leaving them unprepared, with one interviewer not smiling or making much eye contact – then you've done a good job representing the company values. If not, you should rethink your interviewing strategy.
- Can you share an instance of employee conflict you managed, detailing your approach and the final result?
Medical Assistant
After they received my resume, they called me for a phone interview and explained everything. Mountain Park offers paid training for all new MAs, covering all departments with 3 weeks of hands-on experience! They partner with the community and local MA schools to offer opportunities to new grads or those with less than 1 year experience, as other companies don't. They believe in community and giving back! I'm proud to be working for Mountain Park for years to come!
- Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Physician
I was contacted by a recruiter who answered a few questions for me regarding the company. He stated that he would send me an email with more information. I received an invitation to complete an online interview, which I did. It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard anything else from him. I've made several calls to the recruiter, because I am still very interested in the job, however he has not called back or emailed. Unfortunately there is not another contact person listed.
- Were you asked about your comfort level working with people from diverse backgrounds?
HRIS Analyst
The interview process had multiple steps, with 3 interviews in total. It started with a phone screening, followed by a video interview, and finished with an in-person interview. The recruiters and staff were nice. I wasn't drug tested.
