The interview process started positively, though they reached out multiple days before the scheduled time. Account Specialist
I sent in my resume online and then got a call back from Mountain a few days later. They did a phone interview where they checked my interest in the role and talked about it more. It was a really natural and friendly chat. We talked for a bit and it went super well. They then offered me an in-person interview for the next week. At the in-person interview, I met with two managers. The interview felt very conversational, but they did ask some interview questions. It was a pretty smooth process, and they didn't create that awkward, rigid vibe that interviews can sometimes have, which I appreciated because I felt more like myself. After the interview, I got an offer pretty quickly.

Recruiter
I applied online and then got a call about two weeks later. It was with the hiring manager. She told me more about the role, what she expected, and the quotas for the position. She wanted to make sure I was still interested. Then she set up an in-person interview at Mountain. The office looked nice and fun, and people were dressed in business casual. We looked at my resume and talked about my experience and how I could help Mountain.
- What do you think your role as a recruiter will entail?
- What are your thoughts on what this recruiter position involves?
