Talent Acquisition Manager
The interview process for the HR department is pretty standard, involving several interviews, starting virtually and moving to in-person. For certain roles, there's also a team interview. The entire process is generally fast and efficient.
- Can you tell me about your ideal job?
Director of IT and Security
It was an internal recruiter screening, and then a second interview with a C-Suite member. We did it over Teams, and it was recorded. It was pretty simple, with each interview lasting about 45 minutes.
- How would you onboard new or junior IT staff?
- Could you define SQL injection?
Accountant
The hiring process moved super fast, like they really needed to fill the spot. Honestly, if you could hold a conversation, they'd probably hire you. I had two people interviewing me at once. They kind of seemed to disagree with each other. One asked if I'd researched the company and knew their core values, but the other one didn't expect me to know anything. The interview ended up being 1.5 hours because the second interviewer was 45 minutes late.
- What would you do if instructed to alter data?
Physical Therapist
I went through 3 interviews: first with the recruiter, then the regional manager, and finally met the clinic manager in person at the clinic. It was very informative for me, and they also learned a lot about me.
- Tell me about your best friend, and then what would they say your biggest weakness is?
