The interview was about 30 minutes long and the people were friendly and nice. I received an onboarding email 3 days after the interview. I did get an offer from another hospital though. I would consider working at Mount Sinai Hospital in the future if I had the chance.

They gave me a couple of scenario questions that I felt I handled well. The nurse manager and educator gave a nice orientation to the unit. They actually hired me right away, but I told them I had other offers and needed time to think. Ultimately, I chose to accept an offer for a cardiology unit because I'm more passionate about that area.

The HR person called me yesterday for a quick phone chat and then set me up for an in-person interview the next day. I met with her this morning at 8:45 am, and she went over my resume for about 10 minutes. After that, she referred me to interview with the nursing director. I then interviewed with a nursing director and a team leader. They were all very professional, kind, and humble! Everyone there was really friendly, which made me feel super comfortable. The whole interview felt formal, and the questions were about hospital scenarios. This part took 30 minutes. Later that day, at 4:30 pm, HR called with congratulations!
