I applied online and then a recruiter reached out. I had a screening interview with the recruiter, then a few days later I had an interview with the nurse manager. It was about a 20 minute interview. The recruiter let me know I got the offer within 3 days.

Applied online and got a call from a recruiter the same day. Interviewed with the unit manager, which went really well. Standard interview questions were asked. They answered my questions and it seemed like a good match. The manager said they really wanted me there. I was told I'd hear back within the week. I sent a thank you email to the manager. Soon after, I got a rejection email. I asked for feedback and a week later the same manager asked if I still wanted the job. I said yes and then the recruitment team rushed me through onboarding. Nobody was available to answer my questions, emails were ignored, and voicemails weren't returned. The whole process was unpleasant, and the back-and-forth with the offer left a bad impression. I never officially accepted online and I'm glad I didn't. A colleague had a similar bad experience with their onboarding for this unit.
